Searching too much? After one search?

I get an error saying that I have recently been searching too much even if I haven't searched for days.
And today I logged in and tried to make a post and it said that My last posts was less than 360 seconds ago...??
I JUST logged in. Any thoughts because this is truly getting annoying.

Ah ok, sounded like he logged in fresh the next  day and got the same error. My bad

Ah ok, sounded like he logged in fresh the next  day and got the same error. My bad

He will do if he doesn't wait 6 minutes before posting etc. It's a common misconception that it's a bug or an error, but even I thought it was at first  .
