2014 is going to be a big year for Coinality and we are currently looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to help bring the site to an enterprise level. As CTO, you will be responsible for:
Planning, designing, and implementing massive improvements to the site’s design, layout, and functionality. Examples of enhancements: interactive bidding system (similar to oDesk.com), creating a feedback loop (ratings system), adding an internal messaging system, and merging the “Employer” and “Job Seeker” account types into one account type, allowing users to simultaneously submit jobs and resumes under one account.
Managing all security aspects of website and user data, making sure that all data is properly encrypted and safely stored.
Managing speed optimization of the site to ensure acceptable page load times.
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicant MUST have experience working with online job boards or similar projects.
Applicant MUST be available 20-30 hours/week.
Applicant MUST reside in Southern California.
Compensation Amount/Rate (in Bitcoin): 5-10 BTC Retainer + EquityAbout the Employer: Coinality is a job board where employers and job seekers can connect for job opportunities that pay in digital currencies such as Bitcoin and Litecoin.
