Trading BTC for PayPal is risky unless you know the person you are trading with as well as their reputation.

This answer is hilarious, what happens if an error occurs during the conversion "No tracking ID, letter of guarantee, ...etc."?
Strangely, they still use P2PKH addresses "begin with the number 1" without at least signing message.
The shine side is that this scam website translated into many languages.
Do not treat with this site because it is a scam and against PayPal rules.
