WR703N AVALON Is Broken, Flash And install the new one

Hi guys, My WR703N on Avalon ASIC miner is broken and Ive bought a new one off ebay and dont know how to flash it, and make it ready to work with OPENWRT and cgminer on AVALON ASIC, can any body help ?
