Dear users,
I've ordered 2 miner @ Technobit.eu. I paid for the miners and for shipment, in full, when I ordered. They should have been shipped in January. So on the 31st of jan I get a message I had been eagerly awaiting, finally my shipment was ready, only they wanted me to pay for shipment. So I send em a message back that I had already paid and then receive an email that both my orders have been shipped. I paid for shipment twice cause i was sending one to a friend. Anyway for one shipment I got a tracking number and showed up at my door. The other shipment is registered as shipped but never got to where it was supposed to go, it has never been received, neither have I received a tracking number... Now im gonna have to pay a miner and shipment costs to the would be owner of the other miner... in other words the diff just doubled!
So of course I start sending emails, but they just don't answer. Got a message back once to ask which order it concerned (even though it was clearly indicated in my mail) but after that no more messages or updates.
Ive sent exactly 16 emails and messages over the course of 13 days
My question to you is, is this normal for technobit to do this, has anyone else been disadvantages in such a way? Obviously its not a complete scam, technobit miners exist and are sent out, still good service is definitely something else...
