Discrepancy between cube stats and bitminter stats

My cube claims it's hashing at 978MH/s and has 1370 rejects and only 43 accepted, leading to an efficiency of 2.71%. It should be getting between 30 and 38GH/s, so this is bad.
However, bitminter shows that it's 37.8GH/s and had 2 rejects and ~7000 accepts. So that looks great.
What's going on? Should I be concerned? I am for sure glad that the discrepancy is not the other way around!
