Transaction Fees - Pool Mining

I use auto-payouts as a security precaution, however, due to transaction fees, I'd like to balance the auto-payout so I'm not paying too many TX fees, but also that enough coins are entering my wallet so not too many are stored on the pool at any one time.

Is there a way of working this out, based on the coin's specs or the total hashrate?
