Timing the sale of your miner to upgrade

Have mining equipment? You can always look up the relative profitability on the calculator sites. But, I'm curious when do you think a "today fast" KnC should be dumped in order to maximize inherent value vs. freeing up the capital for new equipment vs. long term BTC outlook?
