This rig seems to be experiencing a BSOD on Windows 7 every 4-5 hours.
It does not appear to be overheating in any of the components.
It's on a Gigabyte motherboard with a 750W Gold PSU.
Does anybody have any specific tips for dual 280x that seemed to be causing BSOD?
Whats your version of cgminer and settings?
I don't have the exact line in front of me. But they're running at 1070 GPU engine ( default ), 1500 Memory Engine ( down from 1600 default ), default volt, auto fan, temp target of 80c ( it hangs around 78 on one and 79 on the other ). I believe I have expire and queue both at 2 ( but I'll confirm when I get home this afternoon ). Intensity is set to 13. No changes to TC.
They're both running at 740+KH/s at fans about 40-50%.
do u oc and undervolt?
if yes it meant ur system not stable much
find the sweet spot.it common problem if u too much undervolt it.
PSU rating?
make sure the power supply is enaff
I tried to undervolt but they wont take any voltage changes ( tried afterburner, trixx, asus gpu tweak ).
The PSU is 750W Gold...I know it's not a huge PSU but it's plenty to run those 2 cards.
