I have Oc to my hd 7950 at 1150 engine clock, 1250 memory @ 1,2v and always crash with stress software like OCCT and Furk and freezes my PC a few seconds after start the test, but however mining litecoin with cgminer going ok since 4 days ago.
What do you think about this? Huh

Scrypt mining in general is not compute-intensive, whereas SHA256 is.
