Anonymous Domain and Hosting with Bitcion

This might be a stupid newbie questions. I'm suppose to get tomorrow $100 released from disputed escrow my bitcoins from LocalBitcoins.com and already have $20something i bought before that in my first transaction on the forum here so I think I have enough to play with some ideas on the bitcoin marketplace but I need a website and domain name.

I heard about the .bit domain registrar but when I checked it out it said: " Due to no more time to process new registrations, I'm closing them for now."

so how do I go about this I want to use something decentralized if it exists? And is my $120 or so dollars in bitcoin enough to pay for this? Thanks.
