the european union has missed the train for all the internet / computer stuff which is sitting in silicon valley.
they know,... if they want to competit with asia and the us,...
they are not allowed to miss the train again.
and i think (its still to less)
that europa is having more freedom and thinks people should decide theirself what they are doing with theire money / time / live.
thats why they will not stop icos.
they know,... thats why they can hold good people here in europe!
otherwise human power will move to other countrys.
(as the moment,... just refugees are coming to europe,... and the smart people are living europe (because to high taxes))
