I'm pleased to announce a multicoin p2pool I've been working on. Litecoin, Dogecoin, Digitalcoin & 42coin are currently up and running. More coins will be added in the near future. I will also take requests for any pools you wish to see added. Main website and stats page are mobile friendly so you can view your stats on the go.

http://hashp2p.comThe pools are hosted on a very large dedicated server in Atlanta Georgia, so you should experience very low ping and stale rate.
The website is still under construction, however the pools or rock solid. New information, such as guides and FAQ's will be added within the next couple of days.
For those of you not familiar with P2Pools, they are simply a network of nodes all working together to solve blocks. The shares are paid out directly to your wallet address. There is no waiting for payouts. You will receive the coins as soon as the block is solved.
