no it wont but nice to hear something positive from a fed man:

In a speech Tuesday to the 13th Annual Economic Outlook at La Salle University, Mr. Plosser said Bitcoin poses little threat to the dollar, noting that “it is just another payment system.” Deviating from his prepared remarks, Mr. Plosser said “I have nothing against Bitcoin.” But adds, “it will be a long time before bitcoin replaces the dollar.”

So, the wording is important.

Outright defiance would be like this - "Bitcoin will NEVER replace the dollar"

But instead, we have - "Bitcoin won't replace the dollar... yet"

Interesting, eh? Maybe some of them actually don't have their heads up their own asses after all. Keep your friends close, and you enemies closer, as they say...
