Try here https://forumbitcoin.co.id , looks like they have ads slot. Maybe you can contact forum owner on bottom left, you will see "Contact Us" and ask them if they have ads slot for you.
Or you can go to the biggest forum on indonesia https://www.kaskus.co.id , you can click "Pasang Iklan". It will redirect you to their ads page, i suggest to use google translate.
