you guys want his lawyer to serve the owners of bitcointalk with a cease and desist letter...

By facilitating trading, wouldn't that technically put the forum under the same accusations?

LOL! good point...I think Kanye's lawyers will stop everything that has to do with coinye...just a fact of life guys, he is doing this just because he can...even if he can't win the case, who is willing to stand by coinye so much that they would enter a legal struggle with Kanye's lawyers for months/years?

How can they stop people from talking about it, I get the trading part, but bitcointalk does not trade the coins its users do.

I hope bitcointalk would fight this, I know they have millions worth of BTC, why not use them to put kayne in his place!

you said it yourself, it's users do...without the site, it can't facilitate the trading? Amazon doesn't trade coinye, but they hosted the sites that did!

it would rather be a free marketing for bitcointalk forum and more people will get into crypto. please Kanye ask your lawyer to send a cease and desist letter to bitcointalk

Hopefully he pursues BTCtalk. We might get the planned forum upgrade that way.
