Please post all the steps that you recommend to secure desktop, laptop, accounts, email, wallets.

Is Gmail safe to be used as you main email if it has 2FA.

How about ISP email that could be easily hackable.

Is there an alternative secure email that can be used as a backup?

No email is safe and is one of the least safe options for 2 factor, but it's better than nothing. Use mobile verification instead.
