European Litecoins (LTC) P2Pool 0% Fee!

I have setup a Litecoins (LTC) P2Pool, it's running stable after a week of testing, reinstalled on a fresh server with a stable configuration.
It's running on a server with 2 x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU  E5440 @ 2.83GHz Quad Core CPU's, 32GByte DDR2 FB ECC RAM, RAID 10.
Low latency!

Payment is based on "Pay per last N shares" (PPLNS).

Use your LTC wallet address as username, password can be anything.

CGminer example:
cgminer --scrypt -o http://ltc.cryptomine.eu:9327 -u address -p password
For most graphics cards this works best:
cgminer --scrypt -o http://ltc.cryptomine.eu:9327 -Q 0 -E 2 -s 2 -u address -p password

No fee!

A user just told me that a Queue of 0, Scantime of 2 and Expiry of 2 works best. Tested it myself and indeed, works better. Added the CGminer example in the first post.

how i can see worker rates currently of my own?
