So I sent that exact amount with tx id:https://blockchain.info/tx/3a1c57df36c89bf5465f8eadcc0ac1ebe61d24de3e09b502402ecf0eb6599dd4 and as you can see it is coming from my vanity address.

It has been 3 days and I have sent numerous emails to their contact address to no avail.

What should I do? That CIV 5 was supposed to be a birthday gift for my brother, and I am rather upset that they are either ignoring me or to incompetent to answer..

i had this problem once. they do send you the code, but it's not 24-hr service. Wait for a week. I got mine on thr 4th day. Hope it helps
