As the subject said. I'm looking for someone or a service that will provide an inexpensive way for me to transfer CDN currency, possibly through Interac email money transfer (or paypal even though it seems to be frowned upon around here), in exchange for MtGox USD redeemable codes at an agreed upon exchange value. In the near term, I'm looking to transfer $500 to $750, and future trades may vary.

I'm new on the forum and will provide credentials and information in private to prove my identity and trustworthiness.

Are these not suitable?

Paxum accepts CAD funds, which can then be used to fund an account with TradeHill or Mt. Gox.

You might also find a local Bitcoiner willing to do a trade:

I'm looking for effective ways to move money between exchanges periodically. I already frequent VirtEx and Paxum has prohibitively expensive fees. I have a bunch of cash I want to move between exchanges. It is easy for me to move Bitcoin, but I want to move cash.

Just open up a Bank of America account if you live near the US border. Then can use online banking to fund/withdraw MtGox. Comes with debit card, where I live there are numerous USD ATMs in BC

TD bank and Scotia I believe have US operations you can open up an account in an American branch of theirs from Canada.. possibly this might have changed. Paxum would work too
