probably no,it's impossible to tax bitcoin

altough they can tax the money you withdraw to your bank account, but you can still use localbitcoins.com for hand-to-hand no tax exchanges Wink

Good question. Right now it's quasi anonymous BUT legally you are obligated to report income from all sources, including commodity trading, as some see bitcoin buying and selling. I hate the IRS.
