Well good luck with that. Generating an address starting with "1abshnasko" requires many ASICS. It is practically impossible.
On the other hand, ones like 1Findme would at least need a few GPUs, one wouldn't do the trick.
Generating Vanity Addresses take time and luck.

Vanity Address Generator is the tool that many people choose to use to do it.

The technical answer to your question (and the way that Vanity Address Generator works) is to keep generating random addresses as fast as you can and check each one to see if it matches the pattern you are looking for.  Stop when you find one you like.
