Easy way monitor/compare smart contract development rate on various platforms?

It seems with the recent price drop there's been a lot of negative sentiment regarding the future of Eth. However, at this point it seems unlikely there won't be some dominant platform for building DApps and launching smart contracts, whether it be Eth or one of its competitors (Cardano, Iota, EOS, etc).

While in the short term price affects sentiment and is easy to track in the long term whichever platform is able to attract the most developers and gain the most real world use will likely be the winner. Is there any easy way to track and compare number  the number of smart contracts launched and their corresponding level of usage use across various platforms in order to get a broad sense of who is gaining traction in such a race?

I have seen a site called StateOfDapps where you can find everything related to the developments and comparisons between various DApps but I haven't found a single platform that focuses on the development of the smart contracts. However, there are information available on these contracts online and you need to compare and know about them manually as of now till someone decides to make one for you.

There are various articles available online which shows the development rate of various platforms' smart contracts or direct comparison between the platforms and how they work. But, sadly there hasn't been a site or platform dedicated to listing and comparing the development of smart contracts on all the platforms. It is high time someone comes up with a site like this.

Ethereum as far as i know is still working well and fine, and I wish people will stop measuring the success of a project based on it's market price, some project are great with their ideas but people will ignore the project idea and judge based on market price.
