Maybe your Lack of vitamins, lack of sleep , eat vegetables and not meat the all day.

I often drink tea with ginger, it makes my immune system stronger.you need to eat a lot of citrus and take a course of vitamins.

Increase you're intake of Zinc once you catch colds. There's lots of zinc supplement brands out there to choose from. Plus make sure to get uninterrupted sleep for around 7 - 8 hours everyday. A well rested body is your main weapon against being sick.

Here are tips for improving your immune system:
1. Sleep properly
2. Consumption of garlic
3. Drink the mixture of lemon, ginger, honey and turmeric with warm water.
4. chicken chicken consumption
5. Make sport as a weekly activity.
6. Be diligent to bask in the sun

Drink ginger tea. Boil ginger in water for 5 minutes and then make tea from it.
