PLZ HELP 7970 low khash 510 tops

Hi i run this :

i tried changing mem clock etc but highest i get is 510khash and that is with standard setings.
Plz help

Saphire Radeon 3GB.
When i try with that you posted it doesnt eaven start.

Oh, you need to type this on the command line:
 
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

awsome!! i got it over 570khash now.
Just one thing... every 2-4 minutes my gpu fan starts spining like crazy and it is werry loud. it goes like that for like 10-20 sec...
It didnt happen before.
And btw is there any way to push it eaven more?
