well if there is no active moderation, to make sure threads go where they suppose to go, then peeps just got more places to spam basically

The issue is that people are ignoring the subforums, or they just continue to bump older threads that were meant to be forgotten (especially defunct giveaways) the mods need to work harder in order to clean up the forum, or get some more people to help them out.

I was thinking it might be useful to have a giveaway sub-forum and an announcement sub-forum.

Maybe that would open the main section to the discussion of alt-coins?

people keep posting [ann] and [giveaway] threads in the main section alt coins...that shit should be moved to the [ann] sub section. I don't care about giveaways and shit like that. i want to have serious discussions about alts and I am left sifting through all the shit.
