And they aren't, most likely, going to sell on the open market as the previous threads will point out.  Most likely they will negotiate a price between a major buyer(s) and simple transfer the coins.  Second Market, Fortress, various hedge funds etc.  The impact should be negligible.

I hope they are naive enough to think they can kill the market by selling openly, so we can enjoy the feeding frenzy. I also fancy that it could be a bluff and they don't actually have full access to the coins.

They will sell.
IF it has an impact on the market, price may dip (so buy) and then rise again.
It's setting a precedent in confirming that bitcoin is an asset of value...jmo.
