Skateboard is one of the most popular sport on earth, if not the most one. For sure, if you do not skate, you may know people who does. Skateboards is everywhere, from sport shops to supermarkets. In every town you can find people from different ages and walk of life who skates or had skate before.

Numerous accidents have been occurred with Skateboarder outside of skatepark as been injuries at falls in to not appropriate surface, and collisions with pedestrians and car.
2.2.2. As a parent’s perspective, a skatepark is a way to reduce illicit behavior, and a contained place for the good sake of their children.
The discipline found in sports, and the sense of purpose and group participation that apply there, allows the individual to abstain from problems and to develop in a sustainable way as an active citizen. Keep the youth active is the best way to keep they out of trouble.

Be disrespectful is a problem to be solve at home, but no one can break in to
somebody homes to teach their children a lesson, but we can provide the youth an attractive place where they can be attracted to, in order to avoid private property.
It is well stablished that we will not be able to solve this property situation completely, but we can help good youth and parents to chill a bit that now that their children will not cause any trouble for themselves, and other people.

No one can argue that sports need to make part of our lives. The implications of sedentary body can cost more than a scary health problem to most people. For a very long time, doctor and specialists have been begging the society to improve their life style, adding to it, a healthy sport practice.

6. Read this before donating:
We are not doing an ICO. We are receiving donation in cryptocurrency for the site (YourOllie.com) project.
The amount collected, its purposes and the way it will be used is in total responsibility of Yourollie.com
The token distribution will be made to say thank you for the ones who believed and donate for the project.
The Token purpose will be expanding as the community grown.
The donation is going to continue a month later after the first phase donation until all Thank You Token is gone. The token will continue to be distributed with a new price rate after the first phase donation based on the trading value of the month, week or day.

Everything planning for the project are ready to happen! Here everything will happen in the proportion to the amount of donation reached.
The number proposed of skate park to be built with maximum donation reached is 400, but the number can be changed for at least 250 parks to double the number of skateparks in the world. The maximum value to be voted by the community for the approval of the construction of a new skatepark will be equal to the remaining value of funds divided by the remaining number of parks to reach the minimum number of 250 parks.

YourOllie.com will receive funds from donors. The funds will be manager in USD and the coins that was received at first phase donation in order to guarantee a smooth work all over the years. Once the YourOllie.com want to make a transfer to donate for constructions, sponsored skateboarders, events, help skate shops or pay for advertisement from reserve funds, after community election, Then The Ollie Token are going to be bought from an exchange in order to transfer the funds.
The constructions expenses, sponsored skateboarders, event expenses, skate shops donations or advertisement expenses will be paid with Ollie Token, or in other ways if impossible for the service provider, which will be a rare exception. Once the goal here is to make the Ollie Token useful throughout the community.
Once the constructions expenses, sponsored skateboarders, event expenses, skate shops donations or advertisement expenses, the new owner of the token will choose what to do with the token received, which can be: save the tokens and accumulate them, purchase products, transfer for other people, to vote in the Ollie system or change for other currencies, which will bring the token for an exchange and make it circulate even more.

Members of the YourOllie.com community and other participants of the crypto-coin world could participate without initial restrictions on the voting of the projects. Interventions and restrictions may be added in the future if the decentralization of votes is greatly affected.
The vote will be concluded after a minimum quota of votes made by the community and it may be extended for some months until the conclusion of the minimum quota of votes for a given project.

Even without Ollie Token to take part in the election, these donors, mentioned above, will have access to another easy and quick way to participate in the elections.
The amount of Right to Vote received by the second phase donors will be tied to the amount donated. One Right to Vote for each dollar donated.
A Right to Vote always will represent a contribution of one dollar in the vote system.
The Right to vote do not represent a complete vote, once each vote are linked with the Ollie Token Price. So, a Right to Vote could be worth more than a vote or less than a vote according with the Ollie Token Price.
The number of coins or voting rights used by a single portfolio to participate in the most diverse elections shall not exceed 20% of the minimum value proposed to finalize the voting.
If a portfolio is responsible for donating 20.01% or more of the minimum value to complete the election, the portfolio in question must prove that the address is bestowed on a group of persons and not just on an individual.
The calculation made to account the Right to vote in an election will be simple:
Each Token that represent the Right to vote will be represented for one dollar.
The value corresponding to the effectuation of a vote will be linked to the value of a Ollie Token.
According to Ollie Token's quotation on vote counting day, the total number of Right to vote will be counted and divided by the effective value of Ollie Token. The results will be the number of votes to be added to the default voting system made through the Ollie Tokens.
8. Reserve Explained

The expenses related to lodging, food and travel two supervisors of the construction of skate parks and supervisors used to accompany the reform and implementation of skate shops, will be part of each fund and its area of development and support.
The expenses of the reserve funds will be opened to the community so that the members of the community can analyze the data and vote with more awareness and conviction in the following proposals.
