I used v14 and v141. none works....
Tried using win7, win xp... Still doesn' work.
I've deleted DogeCoin folder in APPDATA... still the same error pops up.

I tried running it in a virtualbox virtual machine too.. same error  Huh

-Download v141 from dogecoin.com
-Run it. error pops up.
-I delete Dogecoin folder fom APPDATA then run dogecoin wallet. Error pops up.

-Done the same to another computer, winXP and win7, same error.
-Run it in a virtual machine. Same error

I wish the developers post the checksum of the files they released to make sure it's still the same file that they released
