While he was president of PayPal, David Marcus invested in Xapo, the bitcoin vault/debit card company. Seems pretty interesting that the CEO of a major company like PayPal is so interested in Bitcoin. He works at Facebook now, so maybe there's something there too?

Seems like they guy is pretty bright and business savvy or just very lucky to be in the right place at the right time.
