eloipool help

I am trying eloipool for the first time, but couldn't find any helpful documentation so far.
Can some one please provide me link or the doc itself if there is any available.

You're not the first person I've said this to, and you won't be the last.  If you can't see from the code how it's supposed to work, then you shouldn't be trying to run it. 

It's not a double-click and run program.  It's more a framework you have to build a pool around.
