Best way to sell Bitcoin

What's the best way to sell BTC at an acceptable rate and reasonably fast, preferably a site that sends money in EU countries?

I've seen a lot of people willing to pay for Bitcoin through Western Union. I'd trade with persons if it's more advantageous just I'm afraid of getting scammed.
