BECOME PART OF AN DECENTRALIZED EXCHANGE

Hi

We've developed an coin and have been real quiet about it, but we now want to give it
an foundation. We want the following services for our coin:
- blockchain,
- official coin website,
- escrow service like bitrated,
- an Paperwallet,
- an online wallet like Coinpunk

To achieve this all we want to collect 25000 euro from supporters. In March we will start
selling our coins as prepaid, in an ecommerce store instead of through an exchange.

The part where you can become part of an decentralized exchange is here, users buy the
coin in our store and when merchants want to withdraw it to fiat money.
1 The merchant send us the coins
2 You send the merchant the fiat money, the same day and get an 1 euro withdraw fee
3 If the merchant is happy, we send you the fiat money that you send the merchant

The reason why we have this set up, is because if you are a local person with the same
bank you will be able to send the money quicker. The merchant will be happy because
he/she got their money the same day. In the future everybody will be able to take this
role as GATEWAY. You only need to be in the same country and have the same bank.

What we ask of you is just 100 euro's to become the first line. You will have the privilege
of always being contacted first and for every task complete you will receive 1 euro withdraw fee.
We actually only need 250 contributors....

TRUST
Trust is always a problem when it comes to money unfortunately, but we think we got an
solution. We can use Bitrated to setup an agreement between us and the 250 supporters. You
probably wonder how this could possibly work, well it's simple. The 250 people who put their
money where their mouth is, will pick 2 arbitrators, 1 will play the role of the 250. Everybody
who wants a part of this will then send money to the Bitcoinaddress of this event.

PENDING MONEY
Let's say that we got the 25000 euro's. The money will be pending and I have to convince
developers to start creating the services that we need. When all the service are made then
money will be freed. If we are trusted to send the money to the developers we shall do so. If their is
no trust in us, then 1 of the arbitrators has to do it. If it's 1 of the arbitrators, then it got to be
a person, with all his details known on Bitrated.com.

Let's recap
- We want to make services for our coin and need 25000 euro's
- We ask you 100 euro's, you get 1 euro for every withdraw that you process
- And yes in the first place you give the merchant your money, after that we give you the same
amount of money you gave the merchant.

Actually what I'm describing is something like localbitcoins.com, but with the difference
that you don't buy and sell, you (merchant) just withdraw money.
