In todays world with the advancement of technology, one thing that is easily accessible is the job market. There are several forums, websites and other media where any job aspirant can create his or her profile and apply or wait for prospective employers to review their applications. Most of these websites are free to use with advertising as their basic revenue model. This being said, most of these websites don’t pay their users any thing from the revenue or for that matter even check the information that their users are providing on their respective platforms.
This often leads to a problem for the prospective employers with the daunting task of checking the credentials of the prospective employees. Often the Prospective employers must spend money and resources on the background checks which takes a lot of time. Moreover, outsourcing such a task is often costlier and less reliable.

In today’s world were competition is stiff candidates are often tempted to provide falsified information on their resumes and hence over a period, more and more companies, to avoid later headaches are spending more and more time on information checks.  Project SpringRole foundation intends to change these very problems that exist in the current Job market. With the use of the block chain technology SpringRole will create a simple yet effective solution for both the job seekers and employers. What it intends to do is to use the power of blockchain to integrate and provide a scalable solution to these very problems.  What this will do is let people have verified resumes and recommendations that are supported by the power of Blockchain technology.

While users will have verified resumes, it will help the employers to check the credential cryptographically, it will ultimately make the entire process smooth and easy to use. A resume generally consists of three parts –
1)   Educational qualifications
2)   Work experience
3)   Skill Set

SpringRole will help users to create a flowchart of all the three parts and help the jobseekers gain attestation for each of the relevant parts. This will generate confidence in the prospective employers that what the jobseeker is claiming is attested and therefore valid. Again, you may ask that while the first two parts of the resume that is Educational qualifications and work experience can easily be attested by the respective universities and previous employers how will some one get the skill sets attested. To attest someone, it is imperative to have those skillsets first.   SpringRole has found a ingenious solution to this problem and would use the people in the persons network to attest the skillsets either independently or on request by the jobseeker. The larger the number of people attest a skill the better the user score would be thus showing a proficiency of the skillset.

A better understanding of how SpringRole intends process the above can be read on Pg. 14 of the whitepaper (https://docsend.com/view/k5nghff) . SpringRole intends to compensate its users via the use of Spring tokens that can used to either endorse a skill or obtain access to a verified resume.
SpringRole is currently going to have its token sale from first of July to 31st of July and more information on the same can be found at https://springrole.com/  or https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3602729  or joining their telegram at https://t.me/springrole
