a-ads Dashboard Confuses me ?

Hello guys
i recently started as a publisher on a-ads
iam putting some ads on my website
then i saw weird thing which is

(the shopping cart)
when i move my mouse on it , it says "add to campaign"
anyone know what it means ? should i click as a publisher ?
and why its the only one in different color ?
and how often a-ads refresh the income btc so i know how much iam earning ?

You just have to click on ad unit to get codes to show ads in your site. That x buttom is to delete that ad slot and that shopping cart option is for others advertisers to directly buy that ad slot. It is only showing in particular ad unit because i think that slot is only active and showing ads.

aha no wonder i have low income cuz only one ad is working , should i click the shopping cart in order to start showing ads ? orrr ?

When the shopping basket Icon appears on your ad slot, that mean your this ad slot earns some money for you and you
can use them balance to shop something..
