Hello.I participated in the bounty of this project(BitCar ).I'm sure that they not only deceived the bounty members, but it is certain that their ICO is fraudulent and they will deceive investors.  https://bitcar.io
First I will say about the bounty
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2406756.0
For this company, they allocated 1,500,000 tokens

https://medium.com/bitcar-mag/bitcar-bounty-campaign-officially-announced-today-3557414fa5a

For this bounty, they made a cabinet on their website, which took into account your work.

On May 18, they distributed tokens to investors. May 22, distributed tokens for members of the bounty.
I received very few tokens for a Twitter Signature and Facebook. I received only 4500 tokens, which equals 450 dollars for the price of ICO. When I went to write about this in a telegram, I saw that many received few tokens. I asked to show the table of bounty participants. The manager said that the table they will not show. People began to write how much they received and how many they had stakes, but the administrators said that they would prohibit such messages.

In this company bounty there were not so many participants in the signature. There are only 350 people in the telegram.
I'm sure they stole our awards.
The Participant Sr member is also on Twitter for a facebook and the signature received only 200 dollars.

To the questions of the participants, why so few tokens are received, they answer that if I FEEL that I had to get more then I need to send them a letter. I do not want to FEEL I want to know how much did I earn  over these several months of work. If you do not provide a table then I'm sure that you are scammers.

This is not the first company where these scammers cheat bounty members. Look here.

Perhaps they as another company will steal the tokens of bounty members and sell them on the exchange. This has already been with another company.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2451214.0

Members of the bounty can write how many they had stakes and how many they got tokens.

Now about the project itself. The sale of the tokens was not transparent.  They said that they are traded on 3 exchanges but no one even for 1 cent is ready to buy this token)) For a week there were no deals with this token. But the ICO price is 10 cents. The project which has collected 10 million dollars) I see this for the first time. I have suspicions. I wrote today in Sec. I suspect that they are scammers.
