Does the cube need to be plugged into a pc/laptop at all times to mine or can i configure it and leave it in the corner with the ethernet and power plugged it

I believe it just has to be plugged into your router, you will need the PC/laptop to configure it, but it isn't physically connected to the PC/laptop.
