Apologies if this has been covered 1000 times before... I’m extremely new bitcoin and only used to traditional bookmakers. I see all this talk about bitcoin sports books only needing a user name and password to deposit and withdraw(also see quite a few that do require KYC too). My question is about these sports books that have no KYC requirements but might offer say a matched deposit bonus. What stops someone from signing up, using that bonus and then signing up another new account using a VPN and getting the bonus again? Thankyou

If I'm not wrong the most of the casinos will not give you free bonus means just signup and get a money instead they will ask you to deposit money and get a bonus. The catch will be wagering requirements. At least for me, it is not easy to meet those wagering requirements and many users in that process they may lose their deposit money so you should be careful before depositing money just of the bonus amount.

Even if someone gives you free signup bonus they will easily catch you if you use VPN or proxy.

Yes the deposit bonus is what I was talking about... e.g. deposit x amount and they match it. I am well aware of turn over requirements, these are standard with most fiat bookmakers too.

So you are saying that keeping your anonymity by using a VPN is not true? I am limited at almost every corporate fiat bookmaker available to me because I win money. There are a lot of people saying bitcoin sports books can’t limit you or if they do, you simply get a new email and make a new account using a VPN. But you are saying this is not actually the case? Thankyou

There are issues with using VPNs all the time. Problem is that most of the ones that accept Bitcoin usually have hundreds of other Bitcoin gamblers which all login to the same site using the same IP.

This is bad because it's usually against the terms and you can have your account frozen.

Some sites allow this however because they generate income. So you might get away with this.

Now if you make a few different accounts and use a different VPN from each but your BTC deposit source is the same, you can get your account frozen this way also. Since you made multiple accounts just to claim the bonus.

Thankyou for taking the time to respond, I really appreciate it. This is very useful information.
It does seem like a lot of these sports books still want to know exactly who you are in some way shape or form. Unless gambling in your jurisdiction is illegal, I’m finding it hard to understand why anyone would trust a lot of these bitcoin only books that don’t have much of a reputation with your personal information.

Which sportsbook are you talking about? There are people using these new sportsbook because they might not be aware of reputable bitcoin sportsbooks here or they're new to bitcoin gambling. If you're talking about buff88 I suggest avoiding them because they've scammed a number of users before by confiscating their funds and now they renamed their website (their previous sites were vitalbet and ebettle) to hide their old reputation.

You are not wrong at all. Which online casino is going to be busy doing father Christmas for every gambler that opens an account without something to gain from it ? The idea is just to entice newbies to the platform, have something to play with and try to wager something to be able to get the bonus and the OP using VOP to open multiple accounts would not even work. Moreover, all these VPN stuffs have been fashioned into these platforms and he will just risk being banned eventually.

No online casino will give us a bonus without having us to wager something to get it and no matter the VPN we want to put together, we do think they already do not have all those planned out? Try to dig harder, I am sure what OP will need to do is to bet on that bonus and wager a certain amount before we will be able to withdraw and most times, we will still end up losing it all back anyway.

As you say there's nothing to stop people from using VPNs, but then if they tried to claim that bonus and withdraw it, the system or database flags up their VPN addres, and then they usually have to go through a long hassle with the site to either prove they're not having multiple accounts or provide verification (usually the first).

Casinos can't play too dumb though. Cheaters on VPNs all have the same tactics and strategies. Innocent VPN bypassers shouldn't need to worry as their patterns won't be flagged.

you already know that a question like this has hundreds of threads here. because it's better to lock this string, and start looking for the same thread and comment it there, it will be much more efficient, and maybe it could have been answered in the comment on the previous page

If you have VPN added there and web RTC shield with you with the paid VPN service you can hide your IP address as I know. There are some people sign up with the different IP and make the out of it easily.
That is not really healthy, if they get caught his IP and amount he have in that account will be frozen permanently mate.

If you want to get the bonus you need to work on the faucet contained casino sites or bonus for the each game kind of gambling site.

Don't ever tend to abuse any bonuses using up VPN's because once you are caught then you would really be having a big problem into those linked accounts and also you wont really able to get bonuses by just having a simple sign up where you would really need to deposit money(bitcoins/alts) before you will be entitled to receive those bonus but as part of traditional thing, you will really need to wager those according into their ToS that's why I'm not really too much interested into these kind of promotions.

As far as I know, most sportsbook don't offer those match deposit bonus. Well they do offer them, but they usually aren't available to bet right away, like you normally get over fiat bookies when you need to verify your identity. Since crypto bonuses end up having hard rollovers, almost like casino bonuses, it would be hard for anyone to exploit them. If the bookies do the math right, they should get profit because of the rollover you need to do, before you can use your bonus.

Alot of the sites you are talking about have a fixed withdrawel limit. Most also have it set up to where you have to bet 50,75 or even 100% of the bonuses my advice is bet take the free bet and try and win some more.

If you do not want to end up having your account banned, VPN is the last thing you want to use, so that should not even be an option. Secondly, of course, you should have known that those who own these platforms are not babies and they would have considered all the loopholes before even building the platform, otherwise, with the likes of you thinking alike like this, you would have ruined them and make them pack their stuffs and go back to the farm.

Because most of these bonuses arent straightforward for gambling sites that dont require KYC. You cant just deposit -> get bonus -> cash out bonus+deposit. You have to basically earn those deposit bonuses. They become a little extra incentives while you carry on with your normal gambling and are released in phases. Generally, you have to wager 4-10 times the deposit amount for the bonus to unlock, which defeats the purpose of making an extra new account(at the start at least). You could create a new one once you have claimed all the bonuses after wagering. Hope this helps understanding how the bonus systems work. GL. Smiley

While some books don't bother offering bonuses, the ones that do can we rather rewarding.
Sportsbet.io has a bonus program, just don't try to cheat them and you won't have a problem.
It's when people start using VPNs (as you mentioned) that KYC and withdrawals become complicated.
And always use your own identity (books hate when you try to pretend to be someone you aren't).
Just don't cheat the system and you'll be fine.  Enjoy the bonuses and go on with your business as usual.

Usually there's a quota to qualify for the bonus.

A person might need to complete 10-20 bets before they can qualify. Or they might need to fulfill a minimum account balance or some other requirement. Those are the methods I've seen books utilize to keep things in check. It is also known that some books will refuse to honor their bonus if they feel something shady is going down. Some books do not honor their bonus period. Sometimes its good to check reviews of books or find some feedback before committing.

I hope that answers your question.
