Hi, anyone has figured out a way to get 2 or more cards working on Xp with only one of them connected to a monitor, Ati driver 11.6, and no dummy plugs?  If so please let me know.

why not use 12.1? it doesn't have cpu bug and you dont need dummy plugs

It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.

Thanks for the good news. I hope you are right. I gave up trying to upgrade around 11.9 for the crappiness of the new drivers (cpu bug), and I am still hearing ppl lamenting about the latests (reduced performance). But I'm going to give a try.

See here about my experience.

I found no need for dummy plugs with driver 11.6. Just extend you desktop to the unconnected cards from screen properties on xp.
