Can I use the PSU Perif to 4x 4-pin molex to connect my Add2PSU AND connect three GPUs risers? Trying to avoid using the SATA connectors.

Having a hard time figuring out if that is ok. I can't seem to find a EVGA Perif to Molex connector to use just with the Add2PSU.

What will be power sequence for this rig - since the server psu will be always on.

Can I use a Y-power cord rated 13A to power the EVGA and server psu simultaneously?

I leave the server PSU on always and just power up the PC like it was a normal computer so im not sure what you are asking.

13 amps @ 110v should be safe up to 1400 watts. Not sure what your setup is but if you know its total wattage you should be good.

thanks - I am on 220-240v so even better

yeah  I have one 4 card rig using a 1500 watt psu so I use 1 pcie cable to power a riser/gpu  on another 4 card rig

It is a 6 pin pcie style riser.  so  the one rig is using 1 psu the other rig is using 1 plus a piece  it works well
