If you're targeting Bittrex, Binance, Poloniex or one of these big sites and not expecting to pay a fee, forget about it unless you have a huge userbase. You should start try to contact the decentralized exchanges.

If you're targeting Bittrex, Binance, Poloniex or one of these big sites and not expecting to pay a fee, forget about it unless you have a huge userbase. You should start try to contact the decentralized exchanges.

Probably Yobit[1] (they support every shitcoin possible). BUT they are shady and I (as an user) wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole.
