VERY Weird things happening 290x GPU with 290 bios (stilts bioses)

Ok so I been playing with the bioses to see whats stable and what not, it extremely hard when you have 14 cards to do and 7x each motherboard , ALot of trial and error anyway i Reduced to 4 cards on the MB just to make it easier and I found something so weird that I do not understand..

1st of all I accidently flashed a 290 bios on one of my 290x cards, they are both Sapphire same brand just one is X and one isnt...

Now this is where is gettings really weird, the 290 Bios runs More Energy efficient to Hash ratio than the 290x bios infact the 290x stilt bios crashes unless I use the Highest voltage one that he made and even then its not as stable... Literally the 290 bios on the 290x card is giving me more than 110% Wu compare to Hash

How the hell can a 290 customer bios run better on a 290x card? Both Elpidia memory.

And I am also getting other weird things for example if I change one of the bioses I can actually see another cards hashrate get effected aswell as the Card I flashed, I am so confused and lost here? Not sure if anyone can shed some light
