Great to hear for those guys, question remains even though Fincen registered their issue was Virginia state, did they get that fixed or "went" somewhere else.
I missed this in here. We are no longer operating in Virginia. BitSimple's operating company (North American Cryptographics, LLC soon to be BitSimple, LLC) is incorporated in South Carolina. We are still subject to the laws of other states when engaging in transactions with residences of those states so at launch, our services are not available to users in Virginia, New York, and California.
