why should they help? It clearly states in his image to only send MONO to that CryptoBridge wallet. He made the mistake to send his MANO to the MONO wallet. their is nothing that the devs would be able to do. His best chance is CryptoBridge. Send them a support ticket.

If they don't return then you have learned a valuable lesson in crypto, triple check address and then double check them again before sending any transaction to any address, wallets, exchanges etc
