One of the experts said not to use the same address more than once or very often,  I assume this means quite of few wallets.  Is there any way to move from one wallet to the other without the fee?

If I export/import all the keys from on wallet to the next will that move the btc's too?

There's no such thing as “moving bitcoins”. You have some private keys. If you import them in a new wallet, that means it will have access to those bitcoins (but they never actually moved).

An economy based on endless growth is unsustainable.
