KuCoin Dividende Daily Updates

So the new exchange KuCoin is causing quite a stir lately offering their KCS (KuCoin Sahres). At the moment their shares have the purpose of decreasing your trading fees (similar to Binance) and also paying out a daily dividend to holders which consists of 50% of the totaly trading fees the exchange has collected that day.

If you want more information about the concept I will provide some links since I won't go into detail. The motivation for this topic is giving you an insight on the dividende payouts. Since I saw a similar topic for Bitconnect I thought I would give it a try with KuCoin.

Thanks for posting this, I will be curious to see how the dividends grow as the exchange does too.

If the dividends grow, I'm sure the exchange will become more attractive but how will they grow if not many people use it?  I'll start using it but I'm not going to make much impact on those dividends

I own around 7.000 Kucoin shares and generate around 0.45USD a day through all the coins/tokens I gain, but currently this is nothing, but the idea is behind accumulating coins which may go x2 x10 etc... Now imagine if Kucoin gains x5 or x10 volume. Which is relatively realistic.

It means with 3.500USD invested you will be getting roughly 150USD a month from extra coins, even if thosecoins value stays the same.

The only cons is that if kucoin shuts down you have nowhere to sell Kucoin shares...

Also volume is going up nicely and coins are being added weekly... now they are adding option to vote for coin which is great.

Agree, kucoin does have the potential to scale up and be successful. The team is good and the strategy is also good, I would say.

Maybe I should revive my thread due to the latest run up on KuCoin

If I understood it correctly, this is like Binance coin, offered as a coin to put in pairs with others for trading. BNB has grown 10x, which is surely very impressive. But Kucoin shares are about 4x down right now. And the market is not as popular as Binance. The former has less than 3% of the trading volume of the latter. Moreover, what if the owners of Kucoin are not interested in these 'price jumps'? As it is their coin, they are probably somewhat in control of it. They can go for stabilization instead of big fluctuation and investing in it will be like investing in Tether.
