I'll be happy any day with a house and a plot of land, the trouble is depending on where you want to live that isn't realistic, our planet is way too crowded.
I want a good boat. Then I can live on the seas, go wherever I want with my house and never have to care about overpopulation myself! Cheesy

They say that the two happiest days for a boat owner are when he buys his boat and when he re-sells it. Cheesy

It'd be cool to have a low-maintenance super yacht, though I doubt there is such a thing.
Lol, it would be a sailing boat! Very low maintenance and cheap transport!

You can buy a very small piece of land (like a cm) here in the UK and call yourself a 'Lord'. Companies arrange it all for about £15.

I should look into this when and if I move... Can foreigners buy land in the UK?

In the UK we have something called freehold and leasehold.
Not many people who by houses here know that!

Anyone who buys a house will know that, because their solicitor will tell them.
Plus it is listed on every house detail in every estate agents window.

I think they can but what's the actual point in buying a cm in land?

Well, it'd be for land in general... Not just 1 CM of it, haha!

A boat is nice if you know how to operate it.
