Which version of cgminer are you using ?
What are the parameters are you passing for cgminer ?
Post the screenshot of your cgminer command prompt..

Also make sure you are using a stable version of the drivers. Install catalyst 13.12 if you're not on it.

1. Version 3.7.2 should be ok, anyhow try with 3.5.0 version once

2. Try with lower value of I as follows.

still not working
i use this   -g 2 -w 256 -I 13 --lookup-gap 2 --thread-concurrency 8192
and getting only 350 khs

when i increase the intesity above 13 starts getting hw errors
and when i increase concurency above 8192 the miner stops working
