I think that this will be a good year to invest in Eth. Of course we don't know when it might climb back up, but I believe that Eth is very valuable.

btw, has anyone heard of menlo one? they will be launching a token sale this July which can be used for their ICO platform where we can actually buy different ICOs from a single platform. Everything starts with team and project idea. Other things are not problem.
I always notice that everyone needs to get listed on binance or bittrex but if the team is powerfull then no need to get listed on top exchanges.
Leave it to time and wait. If project grows as predicted than everythin will be fine.

Good point you have there and i tottaly agree.

But we must take into consideration the global economics as well. Recesion comes in about 8 to 10 years. Right now global chrisis is over. Last year we saw huge spikes in every segment of economics.

That global bull will last for few years, like 2 or 3 after that chrisis will slowly start again. Id say that if crypto survive 6 to 10 years, those that invested in right coins now, will be big winners. We could see btc at 500k it is not impossible, but only when next global chrisis goes by.

1. Does this coin solve a massive problem?
2. Is the team incredible?
3. Is there a decent following?
4. Has this coin been audited for security issues?
5. Was there a shady premine or other red flags?

propanon is not only fraudulent projects, but also those that lacked the strength and ability to put their ideas into reality. To date, quite a lot of promising projects, whose ideas will be in demand in the society, do not develop because of the weak interest of investors or because of the lack of professionalism of the team.

Because some keep their coins and have already lost almost everything, and the others have cleverly thrown out at the beginning of the year and now again come to the market buying even more coins at a lower price. I wonder which of them is smarter.

Yes that's right this year will be an amazing year for new comers to crypto coz they'll e able to buy cheaper btc, ETH and other alts. But its a great loss for those who bought at 7k$ up price of btc coz it will take time to record their losses. All they can do is invest it on a potential project and hope that coin pumps twice once  it reaches exchange. That way they can profit. Anyways cryptocurrency is a gamble. Just learn the ropes and you'll be successful.

As you mentioned in your post big banks & corporations these are the institutional investors which have already entered into market and they come up openly with the Circle Trade project. They are already investing money in top cryptocurrency but are not coming openly because of lack of regulations. When these regulation problem resolves that day will be near when crypto market will reach to the sky. We are still in the early stage & there is huge potential gain if the project in which we have invested is strong and hold our investment for longer run. People who are exiting market by selling their digital assets in loss on the present scenario because of FUD & manipulation will regret later. Yes 2018 will be amazing year for those who learned about tackling market manipulation & have patience.
