Server for rent- for pools

If you're interested in offering pools but don't want the overhead that is a monthly service fee for that server, look no further. I have a dedicated server and would like to extend it to an existing pool operator (who may be running low on space), or a new developer looking to create their own coin. 

What i ask in return is 20% of the below:
-all donations
-all fees (if the operator chooses to have them)

The pool operator will be give their own admin login and allowed to change their password.
